Stamp Marking

In stamp marking, the characters are stamped into the metallic surface with a stamping pin, dot by dot or in one stroke.

The main advantage of stamp marking in comparison to other marking processes is that the marking is robust. Furthermore, there are no costs for consumables such as paint and ink.

Stamp marking is used where it is important to leave a permanent impression (acceptance stamp), but also where applied markings are not robust enough.
